My Story

I was always a curious kid.  It started with the years I spent tinkering in the repair shop at my dad's electronics company.  I remember taking apart clocks and trying to put them back together to see if I could get them to work again.  Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't but I kept pressing buttons and trying.

When I entered the office computer working world, I wondered why I was always uncomfortable in my work chair, why my neck and shoulders ached at the end of my nine hours work day.  I thought it was me, the way I sat or the way I typed on my keyboard but it wasn't, it was that the chair was too big, the monitor was too close, it was my workstation.  I decided to adjust my chair levers and move things around on my desk and I started to feel better, have less aches.  This sparked my interest so I researched it all online and it was called ergonomics.  That was my beginning to the world of ergonomics.

I started my business, ErgoElements, in 2009 and since then, I've built strong relationships with the top leading office furniture manufacturers, suppliers and dealers and my clients range from Fortune 500 Companies to work-from-home personal businesses.

The simple definition of ergonomics is to fit your workstation, whether your office or cubicle or on a factory line, fit it all to fit the user, you!  Think about how you put your feet underneath your seat while you sit in your work chair, lower your chair so that your feet are flat on the ground and your knees are at a 90 degree angle.  It could be just that simple.

ERGO WELL, FEEL WELL!
