Intermediate 30 minutes ergonomic assessment. Evaluate users workstation, make adjustments during visit if applicable, referral to better office furniture/desk items if applicable. *NOTE: Booking request not final until ErgoElements provides email confirmation. Booking calendar available dates and times changes daily.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellations must be sent by email with reply confirmation from ErgoElements. *Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment date and time will be charged a cancellation fee.
